Our site’s Browse pages highlight the aesthetic of your stair and the Build pages that allow you to customize the stair. Once you find the right design for you, our consultative designers can make certain it’s the right choice.

Free Virtual Design Consultation
Your Paragon staircase starts with a no-obligation, complimentary, virtual consultation with one of our SMA Certified in-house Designers. This first virtual consultation occurs over the phone and can last anywhere from 5 minutes to one-half hour. During this first meeting, we’ll listen closely to understand your needs and ideas. We’ll also ask you questions about your space and ensure your staircase will fit with precise and exact measurements which we can also refine at a later time. We’ll also provide you with additional pricing options, information on lead time and general space maximization consultation.

Consultative Collaboration
Once our Designers are equipped with your space measurements, design requirements and budget we’ll create a virtual 3D model of your staircase using our proprietary staircase configurator software. This model will show you exactly how your staircase will fit and function in your space. At this point, we’ll collaborate with you and make any changes until you get the exact stair solution you want. Your final staircase design will include an itemized list of design options, aesthetic choices, material selections and more. This entire stage our our process can occur over phone and screen sharing with our virtual meeting software.

Custom Crafted & Convenient Shipping
When your design is complete we will schedule your stair to be custom crafted in our Pennsylvania manufacturing facility where we use the finest quality materials and wood species from North America and Europe to bring your vision to reality. We’ll ship your stair in a convenient boxes with all components carefully wrapped and protected. We work with trusted freight carriers that will call you ahead of your delivery date to find the time that is best for you. Paragon Stairs aims to accommodate all of our customers with optional lift gate shipping and taking other special needs into account.

Easy DIY Installation
No matter which design you choose for your space, our installation is straightforward and can be done with the help of a friend, spouse, or neighbor as a weekend project. Our stairs are built similar to a kit and are shipped with easy to understand instructions. Don’t worry, if you have any issues with installation we have a team of eight Pennsylvania-based Customer Service Representatives to answer any questions about installation or simply for any comments, questions, or concerns about your order.
