We bought our house a year ago and wanted to renovate right away. The first thing you see when you walk in is the staircase. We saw a Paragon floating staircase and thought it was beautiful and so well made. Not only was it a great product, but also competitively priced. Our designer, Jason, made the process so simple and gave us a lot of confidence in our choice. It’s the perfect statement to open our art collection for guests when they walk in and has even become part of it. Our Paragon team was responsive and it was easy to get a real person on the phone to answer questions.

We found this company on line, they had a great selection. The customer service was exceptional, communication was excellent. We just took a picture and gave them the measurements, they gave us the details for the best possible positioning. We never had any questions or doubts after talking to them. When the stairs arrived, the instructions were easy to follow and we didn’t have any problems with installation. (Kind of fun actually) Everything was good quality and practical where it mattered. My father in law builds quality custom homes and was very impressed. We’re very happy with Paragon. 👍🏻

The experience was so easy, I thought I should have bought a lottery ticket! Ordering was simple. Payment was simple.. taking delivery was simple. And set up was very straight forward. I had a couple of friends help me put it together. We started at 8 am and finished by 4 pm and had dinner together. Delightful!
